Retroglow is an independent, female-owned business that was established in 2018. Part of their mission is to create unique, colourful & inclusive retro fitness & dance events. With years of experience under their belts, the Retroglow A-Team are all professionally trained fitness & dance instructors, who collectively share a passion for colourful lycra, throwback bangers & spreading feel-good & inclusive vibes. Retroglow creates uplifting bespoke movement experiences for corporate events, hen parties & more! Retroglow is working hard to diversify the industry, and is on a mission to create accessible, colourful & safe spaces for people to express themselves through fitness & dance.
HOW WE GOT HERE
Retroglow was founded by me, Frankie. Hi! I have worked in the fitness & dance industry for over 8 years. I saw a need for a friendly, judgement-free & accessible brand that doesn’t exclude people based on their fitness level, body type or ‘coolness’ factor. My welcoming & supportive A-Team instructors are some of the best in the industry. Whether it’s a hen party, a corporate event or brand partnership, we are here to bring the good vibes guaranteed.
