“I love Retroglow classes ❤ Pre-COVID I went to in-person classes with Frankie (and the team) and they were always so much fun. Moving online during lockdown literally saved me from the silence of living alone. I have always loved barre and aerobics with Frankie, but I have loved discovering HIIT to banging 90s tunes and channeling my inner Janet Jackson in super fun dance classes. I literally am a super fan and the changes to my body are just a happy side effect as it’s the changes in my positive mental health that are everything”
